Shipping Information
Our primary method of transport is the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. This typically takes 2-3 days to deliver anywhere in the US (please note: this is not guaranteed). Most IN STOCK items ship within 24 hours of payment authorization (which is typically seconds after an order is placed), unless otherwise noted in the product description. Shipping charges are a flat rate based on the number of items ordered. International Shipping - We reserve the right to refuse international orders. If the order is accepted, additional shipping fees may apply (depending on location) and must be paid prior to order shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, or just want to exchange it for a different size - you can return the item within 30 days for an exchange...free of charge. If a return is made for any other reason, a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be assessed. For your convenience, we enclosed a return label. Here's the procedure: Repackage the item (don't forget to added required postage). Send us an email letting us know the reason for the return (send to Orders@TodaysChamps.com).
